Monitor and coordinate air shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Anticipate shipments and proactively track shipments
– Select appropriate carrier , negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate actual shipment
– Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release
– Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer
– Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
– Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents
– Execute by arranging warehouse requirements if applicable
